WSSR-PAC
Since 2002

The Washington State School Retirees' Political Action Committee (WSSR-PAC) is a non-partisan organization, separate from WSSRA, designed to promote the general welfare of school retirees, both certified and classified, and to encourage their involvement in state political processes through fund raising activities and voluntary contributions. Because WSSR-PAC is a political action committee, it can do things that WSSRA cannot. The PAC can endorse and financially support candidates for legislative or state office positions, and initiatives and referenda promoting school retirees issues.

The PAC's goal is involve its members in the legislative process, through lobbying our elected officials and raising funds to support political causes. Each year we endorse and contribute financially to candidates who support the causes of retired school employees. Our budget comes from membership contributions and PAC fund-raising activities.
